How long do whitening results last?

To extend the effects, we recommend: brushing and flossing daily, attending regular dental cleanings, using a straw for dark beverages, avoiding tobacco, and using whitening toothpaste as advised. Occasional touch-up treatments with your take-home trays can also help maintain brightness over time.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Yes. When performed or supervised by a dental professional, teeth whitening is very safe. Some patients may experience temporary sensitivity during or after treatment, but this typically resolves within a few days.
